A big American Blonde Ale, loaded up with honey for a uniquely dry finish and light mouthfeel. The beer has a dark gold color and rich flavor profile, the honey character is nicely balanced throughout this beer. Don't be fooled by its easy drinkability, at 7.8% this one can catch you by surprise.

Keg at the brewery, 5/29/19, thanks to Kaleb Z. Clear amber. Aroma of toffee, vanilla, cotton candy, buttered popcorn. Taste is toffee, cream soda, mild hops. Medium bodied. Really strange.

Tap at the brewery - listed as 8.2% - lightly hazy gold - looks completely still, almost like a mead - flavor and aroma are also very mead-like - loads of honey flavor and sweetness - minimal carbonation - thick and syrupy mouthfeel - some clove, spiciness and alcohol heat - light toasted graininess reminds you it is supposed to be beer - so cloyingly sweet - pass.
