Golden with a tiny white head. Dusty aroma with some caramel and dried fruit. Sweet fruity and malty flavour with warming alcohol.

At Cph beerfestival 2011.Draught clear amber colour with small head sweet with taste of caramel and malt,feels heavy and thick with hint of orange peel and marmelade is much to sweet.

Draught, KØ11. Mild brett aroma. Hazy dark yellow colour. Brett and/or white wine flavour. Sweet and alcoholic, but not bad. Probably better if it had been less sweet.

Draught. Shiny surface to a near-clear, amber coloured body. Dried fruity aroma with vapour of alcohol. Sweet flavour of dried fruits and alcohol. Way too sweet and heavy to drink (Copenhagen Beer Festival, 28.05.2011).

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is caramel malts, alcohol, mild fruityness as well as some resiny and honeyish notes. Flavour is fruity, grassy, alcohol and some rather sweet malts. Sweet honeyish finish. Wellbalanced.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Hazy golden, no head. Aroma of Tokaji Aszú natural sweet wine. Really sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. The flavour is vinous and dominated by honey and Tokaji Aszú. More mead-like or dessert wine than beer-like. Tasty and interesting, at least in small amounts.

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted , caramel, sweet malt, candy, white sugar - maybe honey, wood, moderate to light heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, grass. Flavour is heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet alcohol, fruity, alcohol warm. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20110527]
