Botella de 33 cl en el lúpulo en junio de 2013. (para consumir mejor antes de 26-05-2014). color negro intenso con espuma oscura. Sabores y aromas de maltas tostados con toques de café y chocolate, cacao con algunas especias y un ligero dulzor de azúcar caramelizada. Cuerpo medio a fuerte de 10.5 vol denso y pastoso en boca, con una muy buena sensación de licor. Buena y para repetir de nuevo sin duda. Recuerdos bastante parecidos a su hermana black time 3 pero con mayor sensación alcohólica y de licor. Según etiqueta elaborada con:::: malta, lúpulo, agua, azúcar morena, miel, semillas de hinojo y levadura.

Bottle. A gorgeous looking beer, dark brown in color, seemingly non-see through. A big, dark tan head rests on top. There’s a touch of alcohol on the nose, with roasted malts, dried fruits and a quite evident licorice scent. Sweet on the palate, full-bodied and warming, with flavors of licorice, roasted malts and dried fruits. A nice bitterness kicks on towards the finish. A tasteful and pleasant beer for the quiet and calm late nights. 120525

Bottle. Black colour with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, dried fruits, hop. Flavour is roasted malt, coffee, dried fruits, hop, licirice. Full body . Nice beer.

Bottle. Black with big brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, liquorice, medium sweet, little bitter, hops with notes of alcohol.

Post CBC in the Hotel - ’Oh crap I have bought too many bottles again’! As per Black Time 1 and 3 but this one has a smoother softer feel with less licorice and with a trace of smoke. Strongest of the three but felt the most easygoing.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks Pundarquartis for this bottle! Black with a bit of light brown foam. Lovely powerful chocolate aroma with a bit of alcohol. Sweetish flavor with chocolate, roastiness, a hint of soy sauce and a drier finish with some alcohol. Medium to full-bodied, a bit silky.

Black with a dark brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, soy sauce and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet and rather bitter. Dry and roasted rather bitter finish. Oily and smooth. 130412

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn. Pitch black with tiny brown head. Roasted malt aroma with lots of chocolate, licorice, wood, booze. Sweet (molasses) malty taste with roasted dry bitter finish with a burning lacohol feel..
