Draft. A red-brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of yeast, phenols, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notesf of straw, phenols, fruits, and flowers.

Sample @ CBF. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are lavender, malt, caramel, hops and notes of citrus.

On tap. Pours an almost clear orangey brown with a creamy and lacing off-white head. Nutty, dark fruity nose with distinct Belgian yeast. Medium body, sweet overripe fruit, some brown sugars, a little roastiness and spice before the yeastiness returns. A slight tartness in the finish. An unusual Saison, but a nice one. 260511
