On tap at the brewpub. Milchig trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hefig, leicht zitronig. Geschmack hefig, mild bananig, zitronig.

Bottle @ Björn tasting. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy yeasty banana flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy banana finish.

Appearance: Hazy golden colour wit a very small white head.
Aroma: Fruit, esters, citrus, some wheat.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Fruit, malt, some banana.

Bottled@Björn tasting. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, some spruce, citrus and mild yeasty and spicy notes. Flavour is mild banana, some fruits, toffee and mild wooden notes. Quite big palate, which adds to the niceness.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, small head. Mashed banana, notes of bubblegum and boiled vegetables. Sweetish with notes of cardboard and banana, some grass. Low bitterness.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home on the terrace.Hazy - murky medium grey yellow orange colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, banana, pineapple. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, exotic fruit. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110602]
