Keg at the brewery. Near black, large creamy tan head good retention. Aroma of crayons and roast. Taste is roast, chocolate, caramel. Medium-full bodied. Quite nice, surprisingly.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear brown with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bread and earthy grains with a hint of chocolate. Flavor has earthy chocolate and earthy dark grains with a bread backbone.
