Bottle, 7.0%. Caramelly aroma, hint of Belgian yeast. Clear shiny dark copper colour. Small fizzy, unstable tan head. The flavour is yeasty and slightly peppery. OK sweetness to balance the alcohol. Thin mouthfeel considering the ABV.

Bottle @ Home. Pours deep reddish brown with a creamy offwhite head, leaving nice lacings. Aroma of malt, caramel, banana, light yeast notes. Taste is caramel, banana, brown sugar, grainy hops. Medium body, lively carbonation. Looks better than its tastes, still drinkable tho. 010711

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Clear amber, no head. Caramelly yeast ynose. Very sweet and medium-full body and clumsy blown up mouthfeel. Yeasty mashed banana dominates. Sweaty finish. The expected quality from Vestfyen.
