But even this hophead needs variety! 12/25/19.Dark brown, thin fizzy tan head, good retention. Thick like pouring motor oil. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate, bakers chocolate, tobacco, coconut. Taste is roast, cherry, sunflower seeds, dark chocolate, mild coconut and vanills, some tobacco. Medium-full bodied, mild booziness, lingering bitterness. Very nice.
