Draught, KØ11. Mild roasted aroma. Black colour. Small stable dark brown head. The flavour starts off slightly sweet. Turns a little roasted and then spicy. Has a little hop and alcohol bite in the finish.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Very dark brown, no head. Fierce peppery alcohol greets my nostrils. Full bodied and very sweet with molasses and caramel. Lots and lots of syrup covered with patches of coffee. Resiny finish with lots of burning alcohol. Aggressive stuff.
