On tap at Ølfestival 2011. A unclear one, yellow in color and rather flat. The aroma has a strange touch of something reminding me of a plate of the Danish course Stjærneskud, strange but far from bad. Some pale malts, fruityness and sourness too. The flavov is fruity and sourish, rather one-dimensional. Medium body, quite acidic and tart. A very refreshing beer, although not superb. 110526

cloudy yellow, small white head. Nice tart and sourish aroma, slightly fruity. Flavor is sour, tart citrussy, but not acidic or stingy. Quite a lot less refined than say cantillon, but a decent sour nonetheless

(Draught at Pikkulintu, 20110917) The beer poured pale yellow and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had sauerkraut and grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavoures were tartness, grapefruit, sauerkraut and sourness. Aftertaste was sour. Not a typical berliner weisse.

Draught @ Pikkulintu, Helsinki

Pours light and murky yellow with a massive head that disappears quickly. Aroma of lemon tart, slight wheat and pineapple. Taste is quite light with hints of wheat ales, pineapple and lemon. Sour and slightly salty and bitter finish. Okay berliner weisse, but not quite as good as the originals.

Draught, KØ11. Mildly citric aroma. Milky pale yellow colour. Good citric flavour, distinct and good. Very clean. The finish is not as dry as usual for this style, and I like this better.

@CPH BF 2011. Hazy golden colour with a small head. Aroma is some slight sour wooden notes, pineapples and peach along with some other fruits. Flavour is quite much the same with rather bitter and grassy notes.
