Pint can thanks to hershiser2, 10/17/20! Better be dry, better be crispy! Nearly clear gold, thin fizzy white head, good retention. Nice looking. Aroma of grain, bread, grass, lemon. Taste is grass, lemon, pine, rice. Medium bodied, crisp, and dry. Look at that! As hersh said, the koji gives it a bit of a sake-like vibe.

Pint can, WW. Golden, minor haze, white head. Lemon zest, grain, grasses in the nose. Flavor is rice, lemon zest, green leaf, green grasses. Has a hint of a sake flavor. Dry and crisp.
