Pint can thanks to hershiser2, 9/23/20. Hazy orange large tan head fair retention. Aroma of lemon, lime, grapefruit, pale malt. Taste is mango, lemon, dank, pale malt. Medium bodied. Decent but missing something.

Crisp, perfectly clear golden coloured body with a very thin, single centimetre tall, purely white head that stays afloat for a while. Aroma of grass, crisp grain, a dose of citrus and a very small amount of alpha acids from the hops that shows almost more metallic notes than hoppy ones. Light to Medium-bodied; Crisp biscuity and dry maltiness shows first and then some of the hops come across, but those are quite mild, with only a little bitterness and citrus flavours coming on the edges and a tiny amount of sugar and sweetness from stone fruit and apples and caster sugar with very little else. Aftertaste is dry from the biscuity malt with a light yeastie bite towards the end and a floral punch that almost shows jasmine, but is quite elegant at the tail end that makes this classic and dry, but still holding a good deal of flavours. Overall, a nice and light beer that shows some hops, but not too much and definitely a small amount of maltiness, but that works out well with this one. The best part of this, is of course the concept of the beer. And to the entire family of Lt Ryan's, my condolence and my best wishes for the past 50+ years they have been without him. I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (at the Pentagon [city], of course) on 02-February-2020 for US$3,49 sampled at my house close to the Pentagon as well on 09-April-2020.

Mango and green onion. Golden amber pour with decent head. Hop tang finish. Decent balance. Can.

$3.95 pint can, WW. The beer I was about to drink (and I checked while purchasing) I've rated before (yet the app told me differently). Anyway, this pours clear gold with a small frothy white head. Spoiled citrus, stone fruit, leaf aroma... nothing overly pleasant. Flavor is also slightly spoiled citrus, peach, grasses, light floral hops. Taste is better than the nose, but it's not great.
