Hop Tropikos is our experimental IPA series. This is number 007, with a license to Kill your expectations. Brewed mostly with Calisto hops & balanced out with Mosaic hops (Shaken not Stirred). Intense fruit flavors of stone fruits (apricot and peach), red berries, and passion fruit.

Pint can thanks to hershiser2, 9/22/20. Thanks! Murky orange large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of melon, tangerine, pale malt. Kinda one note. Taste is mango, melon, tangerine, a hint of resin, pale malt. Medium bodied, juicy, mild bitterness. Decent.

Pint can, WW. Fugly olive colored, murky, small head. Grapefruit and orange peel, mango, green hop nose. Orange peel, apricot, green leaf, more apricot. Juicy, tingly, good.
