Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy light amber color; creamy thick head. Very nice aroma, delicate honey, hop, slightly herbal; the aroma is the best feature in this beer. Medium body structure, getting weaker at the end (quite common when fermenting honey); there is some sugar, malt taste and some toffee; quite bold late bitterness, with traces of yeast and herbs. Very good.

Reddish orange, with a good, fluffy head. Fruity, some fruity esters, hints of hops. Bitterish, fruity, but not much. Bitter aromas in the front: not hopbitterness. The miele di Corbezzolo is a bitter honey. Warming up, cranberry flavour. Medium bodied, bit slick, ending dryer. A very interesting beer, yielding unexperienced basic taste permutations.
