A DIPA, with ultra-smooth drinkability, yet still packs a strong hop punch. In this beer we used our favorite hop, Mosaic, and blended it with two new to us hops in Bru-1 and Topaz. This hop combination, and experimenting with temperatures during the brew process, has helped blend way to a tropical aroma, with a taste that follows in sweet tropical notes. This beer has a lush, soft mouthfeel and we hope you enjoy it fresh!

16oz pour from Red Apron Union Market. Pours a pulpy orange with plenty of frothy white head. Nose has vanilla, orange, melon, some tropicals. Flavors all the same. Vanilla gets a bit green on the end of an otherwise pillowy finish.

Also juicy and dank. Though more smooth and packs a bigger hop punch. Here's Atlas, after fleeing the room because he's afraid of the foam roller. Fuck any and all who abuse animals.

Pint can from Wine Warehouse, 3.19.21. Murky orange large rocky white head good retention. Aroma of lime, grapefruit, tropical fruit pale malt. Taste is pineapple, lime, tangerine, tropical fruit. Medium bodied, low bitterness.
