Tart persimmon, wood nose. Hazy bronze, thin head. Smoke, wood, thistle with grapefruit overtones. Light body, soft carbonation.

Keg at the brewery, 4/28/22. Hazy orange. Aroma of pineapple, potpourri, sour fruit. Taste is extremely astringent smoke flavor, sour fruit, caramel. Train wreck.

Tap at the brewery. Murky brown. Nose is sour cherry, pineapple. Flavor is black cherry, pineapple, burnt toast. Odd. Not horrible, but odd.
