Mahogany brown in color with a very thick, off-white head is characteristic. The high protein content of wheat impairs clarity in this unfiltered style. The suspended yeast sediment also contributes to the cloudiness. Traditional German Hops add to the well rounded, flavorful, toffee/caramel palate with a relatively dry refreshing finish.
