Aromas are apple cider with just a touch floral. Flavors are similar to nose with a bit more floral or I guess lavender coming through and is sweet tart. Mildly interesting.

Hazy, honey pour from a bottle @Lost Valley. Citrusy floral nose. Honey & lemon. Tannic, bitter-tart apples. Soft, subtle lavender, with lemongrass that comes off more like pleasant lemonade. Oaky middle, floral lemon, parching finish. Crispy, carbonic, juicy, dusty yeast, slightly warming abv. Just enough lavender. Delicious.

Bottle thanks to Drake! Pale gold, mostly clear but has a hint of haze, dusting of a head, carbonation appears light. Nose is apple, lavender, spice, light bread. Lavender, then apple, then light spice. Low carbonation, as was visually apparent.

12 ounce bottle from Total Wine Brookfield, 12/13/21. Hazy pale gold, large frothy off-white head, good retention, though I didn’t rinse the glass after the last year so I suspect that has something to do with this head. Aroma of soap, lavender, hints of lemongrass, sweet apple. Taste is sweet apple, cinnamon, lavender, lemon. Crisp. Combination comes across a bit soapy. But solid sider (I like that typo so I left it).
