Cask (handpump) @ Cask and Barrel, 115 Broughton Street, Edinburgh, Scotland EH1 3RZ.Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Patchy surface. Golden-yellow body. Fruity nose that is followed in the mouth by fresh, tropical fruits. Refreshing and well bodied compared to the low ABV. Cask, half at Kelham Island Tavern in Sheffield 1 Oct 10.

Cask, handpull at the Malt and Hops?, Edinburgh, with Craig, Jan, Charlotte & Loz, 29.10.10 Pours pale gold with a big white fluffy head, looks bloody great! There is some bitterness but otherwise little else noted. A6 A5 T6 P3 Ov12 3.2
