Pint can thanks to hershiser2! 8/5/22. Hazy red, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, nuts, maple, cherry. Taste is cherry, toffee, maple, vanilla, hint of candied citrus. Slick. Decent balance. Nice brown ale.

Very nice, fairly hazy blue and indigo coloured body with a thinnish, two centimetre tall off-white head that stays afloat nicely atop the hazy and blue/copper tinted body - very nice. Aroma of bright blueberries, fresh grass, hay, wheat, light yeast, a hint of bread and even some fresh lemons here as well - nice in the nose. Light-bodied; Strong blueberry flavours dominate with a touch of blackberries and huckleberries, with the wheat providing a nice layer and a smooth body with a good deal of sweetness from the fruit and additional icing sugar towards the end. Aftertaste is rich from the fruits, with a good bit of malt from the wheat and some yeast here as well, which provides a nice layer on top. Overall, an enjoyable and refreshing blueberry based beer with the wheats and a smooth sweetness that that is crisp and flavorful throughout. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Lowe's Foods in Pawley's Island, South Carolina on 01-January-2022 for US$1,87 (part of a mixed six pack), sampled in my hotel room here in New York, New York on 14-January-2022.
