16oz can from John's Marketplace - Beaverton. Clear, pale golden pour shrinking island of fine foamy head. Simple grainy aroma, as expected. Taste is sweet, grainy with a robust crispness, clean: and then disappears to nothing. Throwback lager.

Keg at the Tacoma location, 9/14/23. Hazy gold, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of bready malt, grass. Taste is bready malt, grapefruit, grass. Crisp.

Clear pale blond beer, big aery white head, unstable, falls down quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty malty, grains, hay, a bit floral. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: malty start, grains, hay, bitter, pretty metallic, cow fodder, wort. Aftertaste: grains, hay, metallic bitterness, cow fodder, malty, a bit fruity.
