On tap at Ruse, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is dry and roasty, with medium roasted malt and dry cocoa. Flavour has a nice woody roasted malt character running through, with subtle dry cocoa and a touch of coffee. Dry, roasty and wood. Good stuff.

Can. Pours a clear dark brown hue with a medium white head. A light nose of roast and hops. Sweet fruity beer, like an IPA, cocoa, roast. Damn. I love black IPAs, this is a CDA or BIPA.

Keg at the Vancouver location, 9/21/23. Black, medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of roast, coffee, resin. Taste is roast, chocolate, cherry, pine, resin. Drinks like a Black IPA. Nice.
