16oz can. Classical, well done West Coast IPA. Has the malt depth that most examples lack. The Mosaic is new of course, but the body and mouthfeel bring you back to the good old days of malt and balance. Old school sensibilities. Good.

Reddish brown pour with haze and a thick, sudsy head. American hops right up on the nose; piney and resiny. Continued big hop character in the taste. Mostly American pale ale hops, not much on the side. A hoppy tongue burner.

Sample at GTMW 2023, 8/12/23. Clear copper, large off-white head, good retention. Aroma of green, dank, earth, pale malt. Taste is grapefruit, dank, pale malt. Well balanced.
