Our Helles, brewed with a decidedly measured amount of restraint, and built for consumption returns today.
Formulated from a single decocted grist of the most delicate Epiphany Pilsner malt, and cold conditioned for weeks on end, we find impressions of fresh Hawaiian style sweet honey bread, soft floral noble hop bitterness, and culminating in a moderately bitter cleansing, tight lager finish.

Pours hazy golden, not as clear as it out to be. Some crispness, honey. Can shared at tasting.

12 ounce can from Beer Run, 7/1/23. Gold, slight haze, large white head, average retention. Aroma of bready, doughy malt, mild citrus. Taste is bready malt, orange, lemon, earth, green notes. Well balanced. Could be crisper. Moderate lingering bitter. Solid.

12oz can, murky yellow, sudsy white head. Bready nose, honey, some yeast, grist. Flavor follows with some corn. Straight up and down. Finishes off dry, a little creamy. Fine.
