Cask at the Alma, Oktoberfest Beer Festival. Pours opaque brown with a dissapating, cream head. Holds a dark malt aroma with dark fruits, chocolate, and faint toffee. Lightly sweet, straightforward malt character, has some mild cococa and roastiness, followed by dry bitterness. Medium in body with fine carbonation and light warmth. Finishes roasty, while some malty sugars linger. Decent brew.
