Clear 375ml bottle from their downtown shop. Bottled in 2022, lo-ball glass @home. Hazy, pale straw, quick spritz pour. This is no longer still. Bubblegum, earth, rubber, crazy florals, fresh cut grass, sour apple, lime nose. Tart & twangy upfront, cider vinegar sweetness, pineapple, clean salty sweat, lingering lemon lime pith, mellow earthiness on the tail. Yeasty, extra sharp, prickly incidental carbonation, whatever abv. A touch cleaner than their house stuff, but still super vinegary.

Keg at the AVL Downtown location, 4/26/23. Funk, earth, apple, vanilla, pepper. Taste is funk, citrus, apple, vanilla. Bright, lingering tartness. Nice.
