This is a recreation of a nearly lost historic gose. One made before the advent of the German Beer Purity Laws. One that we find is really, really....like really good.

Keg at the brewery, 10/1/24. Clear gold, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of spruce, pale malt. Taste is tart lemon, spruce, bready malt. Bright, lingering tartness.
