Bottle thanks to LtDan. Pours with a hazy golden body and a small off-white head. Aromas of tea, ginger, earthy, estery, pepper, light woodsy.Flavors of apricot, jam, caramel, bready. Medium bubbles, dry.

Winterfest ’11. I liked this. It isn’t a big beer, but lighter and easy enough to drink, almost like Orval. Dry aroma with wildflowers. Golden color. Mild hops and yeast in the flavor. Dry grassy finish.
