Taster at the brewery. Amber murky color, small white head. Smells intense marzipan, very apricot forward, super parfumy, apricot jam, stone fruits. Amazing. Medium body, no carbonation. Tastes of apricots, vanilla, apricot jam, juicy, peppery. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of apricots, vanilla and juicy notes. Very nice one, not that complex on the taste, but smell is just amazing

Poured at Cantillon, hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is apricot juice, faint wood and funk. Slick body, juicy apricot, light funk, nice tartness, crushable, enjoyed this.

Tap, next to a bottled FouFoune: Very good and lots of apricot jelly, but also butter and milky yeastiness. On a fresh palate, it’s great, but next to the bottles, the intensity of flavours was quite weak. Copy the rest of the general characteristics from my FouFoune rating.

On tap at BLX Beer Fest. Hazy golden pour with a white head. Tons of apricot in the aroma, both tart and fresh, with additional barnyard funk, grains, hay. Really fruity, much more so than bottled Fou Foune, with lower carbonation, lighter acidity and fuller body.
