This lovely little New England Pale is hopped with Citra and Simcoe. Those two varietals turn brewing into ‘easy mode’. We mashed this beer hot in order to boost body and didn’t put any hops into the boil to limit the bitterness. We’re left with a fruity, juicy, sessionable hop sensation.

440ml can drunk in at Hopsters, Ipswich. Very light gold, hazy with a small quickly dissipating head. I'm getting lots of white grape, vanilla, grapefruit in the aroma. Juice. Taste is sweet, more grapefruit. A strange plastic/vegetal sort of thing mars it a bit but overall pretty tasty. Short finish with watery body and soft carbonation. I mean, it's decent. Absolutely. But not very memorable in a crowded field. Still happy to try a new brewery and look forward to trying other beers of theirs.
