Some light roast and a hint of citrus peel. Caramel. Pours syrupy black without much head or lacing. Kind of a mess, but not so spectacularly as their other barrel aged sours. Tap at brewpub.

Poured from the tap. Dark brown with off-white head. Just tiny hints of saison yeast, some mild brett and very light roast malts. Hops pretty much hidden.
