This beer is our take on our own Indian Winter Porter. However, we changed the recipe up a little and used the coffee in a different way. For CFB, we choose to steep Bali Blue Moon whole beans in the beer at the end of fermentation. If you like coffee, you'll love this. Goooooooooood morning!

Coffee and lots of roast. Like a dry foreign stout. Black pour with decent head. Bitter finish. Some caramel. Tap at brewpub.
