Pine and lots of hay like barnhouses. Some mango. Hazy orange pour with decent head. Bitter finish. Tap at brewery.

Draft sample at Dominion Wine & Beer, thanks Tyler! Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, citrus, pine, biscuit. Tastes of citrus, floral notes, pine. Medium body with a dry finish.

On tap at Dominion Wine, pours a mostly clear gold with some frothy, white head. Nose has grass and some soap, a real distinct Parmesan rind. Flavor follows, Parm is still there, but there’s more grass and straw, lemon, soap. Dry finish. Drinkable.
