7 4 7 3 15 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Black with a small beige head. Aroma of chocolate, malt, caramel, toffee and light licorice. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small brown head. Aroma is roasted malty. Sweet. Toasted malty and slight caramelish. Sweet and dark caramelish finish.

Tap at BXL festival. Black with dark beige head. Lots of sweet chocolate, some coffee, lots of sweet red fruits and a strong herbal touch. Soft chilies and coconut. Quite sweet and soft bitter. Full bodied. Not bad but weirdly herbal.

Keg at the brewery, 7/12/16. Dark brown, thin fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of leather, chocolate, roasted malts, caramel. The taste is roasted malts, vanilla, chocolate brownies. Medium bodied, chewy.

Draft at Ocelot. Poured a very dark brown color with a tan head. Aroma was lots of chocolate, caramel notes. Chocolate, malty goodness. Creamy, tasty.

4 oz pour on nitro at Ocelot. Dark brownish black with light tan head. Aromas of chocolate, cocoa, caramel. Tastes of chocolate, cocoa, light bitterness, light caramel, coffee. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice creamy mouthfeel.
