Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Nir! Hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma of apricot juice and some light esters. Sweet apricot flavor with some graininess in the background. Light-bodied.

At a tasting, thanks David, smallish, head hazy light orange colour, artificial aroma of apricot with some flowery notes, dry and extremely bland with just a little bitterness, light and long apricot finish. The aroma was quite promising, but then there was nothing in it, mediocre.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with a small yellowish head. Aroma is distinct apricot citric and mild wheaty. Flavour is smooth apricot, subdued sweetness and smooth wheaty flavour and texture. Smooth fruity and mild citric flavoured finish. Nice one.

Overall Impression: This one shows up all over the place, I find this beer to relatively good for what it is trying to be, but for me it is just a little too sweet.

Bottle. Poured cloudy apricot with thin fast dissipating head. Strong aroma of apricot and not much else. Flavour is mostly apricot as well, sweet with tartness. Citrusy finish. I like apricot juice, but this was too unbalanced.

12 ounce bottle. Pours hazy orange-amber with a large head. Poor head retention and lacing. Aroma is strong, tart apricot with some bready notes. Taste is apricot, wheat, bread, clove. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Body is a hazy light orange/amber with very minimal head. Apricot is overwhelming in the nose and buries any other complexities that may exist. Flavor is a mix of apricot and a kind of nasty wheat presence. This smells like it might be OK, but man... something doesn’t come together right in the finish.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange yellow color with a small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is very sweet fruit; apricot and peach. The taste is a sweet peach and a clean finish. The sweetness is a little overpowering but still good.

12oz bottle. Golden-orange color, assumed to be filtered. Over-the-top apricot aroma and taste, which I find quite enjoyable. A tad bit artificial in some ways, so don’t give this one to your Cantillon groupie buddies. Hard to detect much more going on than the sweetness of the apricot...but like I said before, I can dig it.

Pours with a small, white head that goes away quite quickly. Dark, golden orange body. Strong fruit in the aroma with mainly apricot and some honey. Taste is upfront with the fruit followed by a finish that is mainly wheat and hay. Mouthfeel is dry and fizzy.
