A beautiful golden colour with an unusual elderflower and gooseberry hop character from the distinctive New Zealand Nelsons Sauvin hops.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A golden beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops on a lightly malty background. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and citrusy hops.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear light medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, butter, caramel notes. Flavor is heavy moderate sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100805]

4th August 2010. GBBF.
Hazy gold beer with a residual suddy white head. Light dry palate. Reasonable orangey hops. A hint of sulphur. Over dry finish. Any Nelson hop characteristics passed me by!

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some nuts and mild honeyish and tropical fruity notes. Flavour is fruity and floral with some mild herbal notes. Also some slight liquorice in it.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild peachy and citrusy. Citrusy and slight peachy flavoured. Bitter and dry. Citrusy lasting impression.
