Bottle from Beers Of Europe, King’s Lynn
Golden color, with persistent perlage and generous head. Light aroma of Brett, probably not intended. Dry mouthfeel, again with some astringency and sourness; quite strong bitterness; the infection is mild and the result is drinkable; still, it’s flawed.

Cask conditioned gravity pour at Red Lion, Snargate. Just a little in poor condition, drinkable though.

Cask@GBBF2007. Deep golden colour, not a that big white head. Aroma is pleasant, and hold some fruity hops, nectar, vegetables and slight wooden notes. Flavour is wooden, hoppy and quite grassy. Not too wellbalanced, and quite watery.
