Rich, deep, and unapologetically bold, Rip Rap is an Imperial Stout that delivers on every level. A velvety, luscious mouthfeel sets the stage for layers of roasted malt, dark chocolate, and hints of espresso. Full-bodied and decadent, this stout is built for slow sipping and quiet contemplation—a shoreline of flavor where intensity meets elegance.

4 oz draft at the brewery. Pitch black color. Aroma has soft dark fruit, prune, raisins. Flavor is very similar. Alcohol is not noticeable. Yet, I was hoping for a lot more body for the style. Pretty thin.

Pours oily black with a thin white head, some lacing. Aroma of brandy, hazelnuts. Taste has chocolate, burnt malt, some dark fruits, burnt cocoa. Palate has a somewhat oily nose note some woody elements, musty, cocoa. Good!
