Pale and dullish, not much head. Nice brett aroma, the elderflower comes across a bit unrefined. Lots of bitterness. And a funky, lactic finish that’s not as stylish as the aroma projects. Kind of reminds me of Avling in Toronto but maybe less dialled in.

Pours deep gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Apricot and funk aromas. Crisp with tart apricot and citrus front to back and through the tart, lasting finish.
