Is Grover… golden? No. He’s blue. Is Golden Grover a road in southern New Brunswick that leads to epic parties? No. But Golden Grove might be (spoiler alert: it is). Is there a story in there somewhere? Most likely. This one’s our most complex; a classic British pale ale with a balanced profile offering bready, honey notes from British Maris otter and honey malt. The hop profile is a mix of old and new – East Kent Golding’s add an earthy, spicy character and Jester hops add a citrusy character on the finish. It’s really, really foggin’ good.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. White head with little retention recedes to nothing. Caramel and nutty malt aromas. Soft with sourdough and caramel upfront turning to earthy marshmallow in the medium length finish.
