(33cl bottle) Clear, mahogany colour with a medium-sized beige foamy head. Moderately sweet and slightly roasted malt aroma with caramel and herbal hops with a light metallic touch. Light-sweet flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Roasty malty taste with caramel and a touch of cardboard; dry, roasty and slightly hop-bitter finish with a bread-crusty aftertaste.

Bottle (bought at the brasserie): Deep amber coloured, extremely quickly collapsing very fluffy head, light sweetish dark-malty nose with roast-malty traces; more dry than sweet bitter flavour, light bodied; dryish bitter/dark-malty finish with chocolatey traces ansd some fruity illusions. Not bad, but thin.......
