Growler from the brewery. Pours perfectly clear gold with s foamy white head that settles into a cream. Pleasant aroma with notes of lightly dried citrus, mellow saison yeast, pithy lemon. Light to medium sweet flavor with moderate grassy bitterness, some melon, grapefruit, more pith. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Light hoppy resins on the finish, some I ether grass, subtle yeast expression, some dried citrus, dry wheat and pale bread. Solid overall.

Pours gold into a snifter. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Sourdough and hay aromas. Soft with bready caramel, biscuit and citrus upfront turning to dry earthy pith in the lasting finish.
