Cupcakes and Cashmere

Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 28, 2020. Aroma is hop forward and fruity with lots of mango, passion fruit, pineapple, tropical citrus and lighter dank, resin notes. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol spice. Pours a murky, hazy, dull, golden-orange with a medium large, thick, frothy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Fairly strong hop notes with medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Lots of tropical citrus notes with mango, passion fruit, lychee and pineapple. Lighter dank, resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a fun DIPA. Lots of hop flavors and aromas that definitely skew fruity but with balanced dank notes.
