Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is alright with light peach notes, red wine notes and a bit of light oak. Brett has a herbal, phenolic not that is a bit plastic-like. Pours a fairly clear golden or age with a very large, thick, fluffy white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light acidity. Light malt notes and bitterness with a touch of alcohol spice. Light peach notes and a bit of port notes. Moderately strong brett notes with some spicy phenolic notes and a touch of plastic. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent beer and it was probably better fresh when the peach notes were stronger and the brett notes less dominant.
