Draft. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of Belgian yeast, malt, alcohol, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruit, and Belgian yeast, leading to a dry finish. The body is powerful.

On tap. Almost clear deep golden with a dense off-white head leaving laces. The aroma is fruity and sugary with a subdued yeastiness. Medium body, again plenty of fruit and sugars. Again subdued yeast and even less phenols which is pleasant. Solid hop bite in the finish. Actually a very decent Tripel. 130311
