Space Criisp

16 ounce can. Pours a mostly clear orange golden hue with a small to medium white head. A interesting sweet fruity nose, sort of musty. Husky, soft perfume, pear, some sweet grapes, orange peel, resin. Very smooth.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated December 13, 2019. Aroma is hop forward with tons of tropical fruit. Lots of guava, mango and papaya with some tropical citrus. Light dank, resin notes and faint alcohol notes. Light cracker malt notes. Pours a fairly clear, gold color with a medium sized, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Medium lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderate bitterness and faint alcohol spice. Moderate tropical fruit notes of papaya, guava, mango and pineapple with some tropical citrus and light resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice hop profile in a solid IPA. Good tropical fruit notes with a solid malt backbone. Bitter but not over the top.
