Poured from a 16 oz can dated 08/23/2019. Aroma is hop forward with white wine, melon, berries, tropical fruit and citrus. Light cracker malt notes and a hint of alcohol. Pours a somewhat clear gold color with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that slowly recedes to a small film that lingers larger on the edges. High amounts of lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with moderate cracker malt notes. Fairly strong bitterness but not over the top with light alcohol spice. Moderately strong hop notes - white wine grapes, tropical fruit, stone fruit, melon and citrus. Lingering bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice West Coast IPA. I would have preferred this hop be expressed in an NEIPA as the bitterness gets in the way of the fruity hops.
