Poured from a 375 ml bottle, vintage 2018. Aroma is fruity with a medium light grape note, some light strawberries and a bit of citrus. Some light stone fruit and tropical fruit notes. Hints of oak and grain. Light phenolic, herbal note. Pours a hazy, copper color with a medium small, thick, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where a clump lingers for a bit. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a medium light acidity and a moderately dry finish. Light oak and medium light Cab Franc notes with some light strawberry notes. A bit of a musty phenolic note with a light herbal character. Hints of some fruit. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright saison but it's not amazing. It's one of the better strawberry beers though and doesn't give off any weird plastic notes.
