Øllets fyldige smag med oplivende toner af karamel passer perfekt til den fynske mad. Og når røgen og friskheden i maden møder humlens sødme og bitterhed i munden, smager du pludselig det bedste ved hele øen på én gang. For at gøre det hele ekstra godt har vi brugt hele fire typer malt til Odense 1859: lys pilsnermalt, mørk münchnermalt og malt-typer, der giver øllet dets noter af karamel og dejlige farve.

Bottle.Clear amber colour with no head.Aroma of hops and malt also caramel nice easy to drik beer nothing special but nice overall.

33 cl bottle. Clear amber colour with a golden tint. A few white bubbles on top. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits, nuts and a lightly toasted note. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Drying fruity finish. Ok for an industrial Lager.

Draft @ Kareten, Copenhagen. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel aroma. Fruity slightly sweetish grainy caramel flavor. Has a slightly sweetish malty grainy caramel finish.

330ml bottle with a golden neck, thanks to djoeye for sharing. Bubbly beige head resting on top of a deep amber coloured body. Brown and pale malts on the nose. Flavoured with mild caramel and dough, jam fruity impression. Rounded finish. Fair enough (Tromsø 20.04.2015).

Aroma: very sweet with notes of caramel. Flavor: Very sweet with note of caramel and nuts. very little bitterness. Color: Amber with an off white head.

Im Antrunk leicht malzig, leicht herb und mild und dumpf bitter. Wenig aber immerhin steigend würzig. Mildes trinkbares Bier. 7/7/8/8/6/7

Bottle 330ml @ home
Pours clear brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and floral hops. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
