Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is slightly acidic with moderately strong apricot notes and hints of mosaic hops. Faint grain and oak notes. Pours a hazy, yellow gold with medium large, medium thick head that recedes to a thin film that lingers for quite some time. No lacing and small legs. Flavor is really nice with light sweetness and balanced, moderate acidity. Low bitterness and light oak notes. Moderately strong apricot notes with some lighter hop notes adding tropical fruit and citrus. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice beer. Great fruit notes and the hop profile works really well with the fruit. Acidity is nice and soft and well balanced. This is probably the best beer I have had from this brewery.
